The move-in fee is the first full month's rent plus the security deposit. The second month of your Lease is pro-rated if necessary depending on the move-in date. You must have proof of income for 2.5 times rent (last 6 months) and a credit history that shows the ability to pay on-time. You must have no eviction history. You must have no crimes of a sexual nature. Maximum of 3 adults on the lease. If you meet these qualifications then we can setup an in person tour/interview at the property. Please send me a message to schedule. If selected then you'll need to complete the Avail application process. The non refundable application screening fee is $55 per adult paid directly to Avail and covers credit, eviction, & background check. We can't hold over the rental for any reason (first come first serve). After the application approval, you must have the money in the form of cash, money order, cashiers check (no personal checks, cash app, gift cards, etc). All future payments and maintenance requests will be done using your Avail account. You can even setup auto pay if you like. This is also a great way to build credit.
